Need for IFERP Philippines Society - Innovative Project Seed Funding Scheme

For the researchers and students, easy availability of capital is essential for their innovative project ideas and startups.

Innovative ideas can obtain funding from IFERP only after they have demonstrated a proof of concept.

It is essential to provide seed funding to innovative ideas in order for them to conduct proof of concept trials.

Objective of the Scheme

IFERP Philippines Society - Innovative Project Seed Funding Scheme seeks to assist students and researchers by providing financial assistance for proof of concept, prototype development, product trials, validation, market entry, and commercialization of their innovative project ideas.

Features of IFERP Philippines Society - Innovative Project Seed Funding Scheme

Year-round “Call for Applications” for seed funding.

Seed Funding Grants can range from a few 100 USD to 600 USD (depending on the project scope and feasibility).

Project Seed Funding results will be announced at the “ 5th International Conference on Engineering, Social-Sciences and Humanities (5th ICESSU-2025)” on 9th & 10th April, 2025 at Manila, Philippines organized by IFERP Academy - Philippines Society

Project seed fund will be issued in IFERP conferences by IFERP delegates

Certificates

Mentorship Support: Selected projects receive mentorship from IFERP’s network of experts to ensure technical and strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Recognition: Funded projects are showcased at IFERP events and conferences, providing visibility and networking opportunities with global industry leaders and academicians.

Eligibility Criteria

The scheme is open to undergraduate, postgraduate, and research scholars affiliated with accredited universities or research institutions globally.

Project must get approved by the mentor/guide

Must be an IFERP Member

The project must have an innovative idea to develop a product or a service with a market fit, viable commercialization, and scope of scaling.
