  • Q1. If my abstract is not accepted, can I still attend this International Education Conference ICSET 2025?

    Ans: Yes, you can attend as a listener/delegate

  • Q2. How do I submit my abstract?

    Ans: Submit your abstract in the provided abstract template or send it via email atAbstract Page link

  • Q3. I am the co-author of the paper. Can I present the work at the engineering education conference?

    Ans: With the consent of the main author, co-authors can also present the work.

  • Q4. Do I need to submit an abstract to attend the virtual Conference on engineering, education, and humanities?

    Ans: No, you can directly register as a delegate/listener.

  • Q5. Is there an option for a video or Skype presentation?

    Ans: Yes, we allow for video presentations. Make sure you check the recommended format and guidelines for video presentation. Video Presentation link

  • Q6. Can I join as an advisory board member/session chair/keynote speaker?

    Ans: Yes, you can. Fill out and submit the online application form for becoming a committee member, upload your photo & CV, or contact the Program Manager at info@icset.net

  • Q7. Can you sponsor our travel and accommodation?

    Ans: Since IFERP is a non-profit association, we are unable to sponsor anyone's travel and accommodation. We provide accommodation only for our outstanding members who have contributed a lot to the association.

  • Q8.Can the submission date be extended?

    Ans: Participants are requested to submit the abstract on or before the deadline. Consideration can be done if the participant has a valid reason (natural calamities, maternity leave, health issues, political issues).

  • Q9. Can I pay the early bird fee even after the early bird date expires?

    Ans:You cannot register under the early-bird category unless the last date of the early-bird registration extends.

  • Q10. How many pages are allowed for a full paper?

    Ans:Six to eight pages are allowed in a research article.

  • Q11. What is the price for extra pages, if any?

    Ans: Prices vary depending on the journal.

  • Q12. What is the word limit of the abstract?

    Ans: 200 to 250 words are allowed per abstract.

  • Q13. Is it necessary to include my biography in the abstract?

    Ans: Yes, it is mandatory to add your short biography (100 - 150 words) in the abstract.

  • Q14. What are CPD-accredited activities?

    Ans: These are learning activities (such as courses, workshops, or webinars) that have been evaluated and approved by a CPD accreditation body to meet industry standards.

  • Q15. Who needs CPD?

    Ans: CPD is often required by professionals in regulated industries like healthcare, education, engineering, or law. However, it benefits anyone aiming for career growth.

  • Q16. How do I track my CPD progress?

    Ans: Most professionals maintain a CPD log or portfolio to record completed activities, points earned, and reflections on how the learning has contributed to their career.
