Registration Guidelines

  • Upon finishing your registration, kindly inform us immediately by sending your payment details.
  • After registration, participants should send us a scanned copy of the registration fee receipt or transaction proof via email.
  • Please be aware that no alterations to the paper will be considered after the final submission date.
  • Each registration entitles one author or co-author to attend.
  • For registrations after the specified deadlines, get in touch with the coordinator promptly by writing or calling.
  • After making the payment, download the Registration Form, fill it out, and send it to info@EdInnovate.in

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make it to the conference, the following cancellation policy will be followed, taking into account advance payments received for the venue, printing, shipping, lodging, and other related charges.

  • If cancellation is done 60 days before the conference, a 60% refund will be issued.
  • If cancellation is done 30-60 days before the conference, a 40% refund will be issued
  • We won’t be able to provide refunds one month before the conference
Refund policy
  • You have the option to transfer your registration to a friend or colleague, enabling them to participate on your behalf.
  • The certification will be granted to the person who attends the conference using your name.
  • If necessary, you can transfer your registration to a different event within our organization.
  • Note : The processing time for a refund is 2-4 weeks post-conference and it excludes any transaction charges.
Visa Information
  • On behalf of visa applicants, the IFERP Academy will not make direct contact with embassies and consulates. Only business visas should be applied for by all delegates or invitees
  • It's important to remember that concerns related to visas, such as the inability to obtain a visa, are not covered by IFERP's cancellation policy in the case of unsuccessful visa applications.
