The Role of a IFERP Speaker is literally to set the “key note” for the IFERP conferences. Speakers are responsible for establishing the basic tone and tenor of the gathering that resonates through the conference.

Editorial Board Member

IFERP Editorial Board Members, is a team of experts in the journal's field, for the IFERP associated and Inhouse Journals. Editorial board members promote the journal to their colleagues and peers.

Reviewer

IFERP Reviewers evaluate the article submitted to the IFERP associated and Inhouse journals based on the requirements of that journal, predefined criteria, and the quality, completeness and accuracy of the research presented. To provide feedback on the paper, suggest improvements and to uphold the integrity of the journal by identifying invalid research, and helping to maintain the quality of the journal.

Organizing Committee Member

IFERP organising committee Members assist in the process of managing the myriad of tasks that need to be done for the conference. Committee members must be an expert in their area of specialization, must have good knowledge of the conference management systems, and are well placed to provide training, supervision and assistance to other personnel involved in the organisation of the event.

Advisory Committee Member

IFERP Advisory Committee Members, assist in identifying sites for the conference, in identifying chairs for the conference, in identifying conference themes and speakers, and in identifying the methods of assessing the effectiveness of the conference annually.

Scientific Committee Member

IFERP Scientific Committee Members lead the development and oversee the implementation of the Scientific Programme, Agenda of the conference . Members of the Scientific Committee represent major scientific disciplines for the conference. Scientific Committee Members provide a forum for sharing & gathering knowledge and experience.

Session Chair

The function of a session chair is to lead the session— the session chair will introduce the session and the presenters, keep the session moving according to a prearranged schedule, and he must do this in a courteous and professional manner.
