About IFERP – Student Chapter

IFERP chapters around the world host lectures by internationally known professionals. They also hold cutting-edge seminars on the most pressing issues in engineering, science & technology, hold volunteer training workshops, and publish their own newsletters.

IFERP is establishing student chapters throughout the world that give students opportunities to play active roles in the association and its activities. By organizing guest lectures, workshops, panel discussions, career development programme and programming contests, IFERP student chapters facilitate communication and collaboration within a university’s engineering and science community and with the engineering community at large. Through its sponsorship of student chapters, IFERP also enhances learning via the exchange of ideas among students, and between students and established professionals.

IFERP student chapter members can also take advantage of IFERP activities and services. Student chapters provide a natural setting to develop and demonstrate the leadership capabilities critical to student’s career development. IFERP also helps students get involved in the business world with workshops, guest lectures, training & development and career building initiatives.

About Workshop

Data-driven insights involve using data and analytical methods to inform decision making. This can include analyzing patterns and trends in historical data, identifying key drivers of business performance, and using predictive modelling to forecast future outcomes. By using data-driven insights, managers can make informed decisions that are based on evidence rather than intuition or guesswork. Some common tools used for data-driven insights include spreadsheet software, statistical analysis software, and data visualization tools.
